has years of experience to cater for your every need. As well as directing many of the largest events and regattas held on the Island, John has written a cookery book that was featured on TV. He has represented Great Britain in International exhibitions and was formerly the Senior Lecturer at the nationally acclaimed Bournemouth College of Food.
Having served an apprenticeship for one of the top French Chefs, John went on to become a Specialist Pastry Chef at some world famous hotels including The Gleneagles Hotel, Hilton International and The Round Hill Hotel in Jamaica, rated in the top ten hotels in the world.
John enjoys working on the Island and finds event catering very rewarding as he strives to meet customer’s needs and exceed expectations.

has years of experience within the catering and hospitality sector as well as customer care. Sarah and her front of house team, strive to meet all customer expectations in a friendly, professional and positive manner.
Her experience ranges within all hotel and event catering, covering the UK and Europe including Grovesnor, Hilton and Arcadia International where she was selected to attend the catering needs for John Major P.M. during his 1994 stay in Chester.
